Is it safe to shop on-line with Target Direct?

We do not store or ask for any credit card information, so there are no reasons for hackers to hack our website.

Can I buy directly from Target Tech's shop in Swatar at the same price as Target Direct?

No, prices online are cheaper, for you to get the best deal you must order them from Target Direct. If you would like to collect your item from Target Tech at no delivery costs after you order online.

What are the available delivery methods?

Our delivery is handled by Pony Express limited which will deliver around Malta and Gozo at an extra charge.

Do you offer any shipping discount on multiple products purchased?

You only pay once for delivery, you can add as much items as you want.

Does the price shown include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown have VAT.

How are warranties handled?

Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturers and not by Target Tech, unless otherwise indicated.Items have to be returned to Target Tech Malta in Swatar.

If any item arrives damaged due to delivery, immediately contact the us. Keep all delivery materials and contact us immediately. Replacements will be sent free of charge.

Can I use Target Direct for my own business?

Yes you can, our items are cheap enough to be resold by you. Remember to give us your VAT number so you can reclaim it.

My Country is not listed for me to register, does that mean that I can't buy from Target Directly?

At the moment Target Direct is available for citizens residing in Malta and Gozo only.

I can't find what I am looking for?

Please contact us before you leave as we have hundreds of products still not listed.

You have items marked as in stock but listed as PRE-ORDER, what does this mean?

We do not stock all items available from our suppliers abroad but should you want this item, you can pre-order it and you should receive it within 5-8 working days only.
